About these terms

These terms apply when you use lunedisystems.com or become a client of Lunedi Systems ("we", "us"). Before you pay for a service, you will see the service terms and the recurring billing and accept them. If anything in your accepted service terms differs from this page, your accepted service terms apply to that service.

What we provide

We build and manage websites, online booking, lead forms and text follow-up for local businesses. What is included in each plan is listed on our pricing page and services page. You see a preview of your website before you decide to pay.

Plans and billing

Monthly plan. $297 a month, renewing every month, with no long-term commitment.
Three-month prepaid plan. $891 paid upfront for three months of the same service, plus a one-time SEO and Google Business Profile setup and three blog posts.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never ask for card details on a call and we do not store your full card number.
Prices on this site may change for new clients. A change will not affect a plan you have already accepted until its next renewal, and we will tell you in advance.

Cancelling

To cancel, send us a written request by email to hello@lunedisystems.com. Your service terms explain what happens to your website and services after you cancel.

Changes and extra work

Support and updates follow your service terms. Bigger requests get a short scope and price, and we start only after you approve them in writing.

What we need from you

Accurate information about your business, and the right to use any text, photos, logos and other material you give us.
Timely answers to our questions, since delays on your side can delay your launch.
Following the law that applies to your business, including licensing and advertising rules.

Domain and content

We host and maintain your website while you are a client. If you already own your domain, it stays yours either way. The design, code and tools we build remain governed by our Intellectual Property page unless your service terms say otherwise.

No guarantees of results

We do not guarantee leads, search rankings, bookings or revenue. We build your website and systems and make sure they work. Third-party services such as Google, carriers and payment processors are outside our control.

Text messaging

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your request, your appointments and our services. Please read this section carefully.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
Message frequency varies depending on your requests and activity.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (619) 754-8858 or hello@lunedisystems.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your phone number or text consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Using this website

Please do not misuse the site, try to break or overload it, or submit false, abusive or spam content through our forms. We may block access that threatens the security of the site.

Limits of liability

The website and the information on it are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. If you are a client, we will tell you about material changes before they apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes will be handled in the courts of San Diego County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.
